1. Definition of the Service
These Terms of Use set out the rules governing your access to and use of the Word Impostor: Play & Lie mobile application (the “App”). The App offers a recreational party-game experience. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Terms of Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the App only lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- You must not perform any act that disrupts, interferes with, or impairs the operation or integrity of the App.
- You must not reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App without authorization, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- You must not create, share, or encourage content that infringes the rights of others, is harmful, or is unlawful.
- You must not misuse the App through automated tools or in any way that imposes an unreasonable load on the service.
3. Subscription (Monthly Premium) Terms
The App may offer an optional, auto-renewing Monthly Premium subscription.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store.
- The App may include a Restore Purchases feature to restore previously purchased content.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription and will not be refunded.
4. Pricing and Regional Variations
Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, tax rules, and Apple’s pricing policies. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen and in information provided by Apple.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for functionality or as part of its business model. Examples include Apple StoreKit (subscription infrastructure) and Google AdMob (where advertising is used). Those third-party services are also governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property
The App’s content, design, text, software, and related intellectual property rights are owned by the Developer or its licensors. Those rights are protected under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
The App is a recreational party game only; it does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
The availability, content, or behavior of third-party services (for example, the App Store or advertising networks) may be outside the Developer’s control. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer’s liability for issues arising from such services is limited.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. If that applies to you, this section applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory rules of law that apply to you.
9. Use by Children
Where children under 13 use the App, the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian are required. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for use of the App by children under 13.
10. Right to Amend
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. If you continue to use the App after updates take effect, you are deemed to accept the revised Terms of Use.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would cause another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
If a dispute arises, the parties shall first seek to resolve it in good faith through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved in that manner, the courts and competent enforcement authorities located in the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, subject to the following paragraph.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived or limited by contract under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where such mandatory law applies, it prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms of Use.

13. Notice Regarding Apple
These Terms of Use are between you and the Developer (Muhammet Umut TAŞAN). Apple is not a party to these Terms of Use. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.
In-app purchases and subscription payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment infrastructure, the App Store, and applicable Apple terms.
